Parents of new 3 and 4 year olds and returning 4 year olds for the upcoming school year (23-24), remember to schedule your child's Physical and Dental screenings (all students are required to have these screenings done). Wilma Mankiller Clinic has dates for the Headstart Round up set June 27th, July 25th and August 22nd. You will be able to get all this done in one day. Parents can also download Maryetta School app and make sure you have your notifications turned on. (maryetta, raiders,ok) to get important updates and reminders. Maryetta School will be doing Speech Screenings the last week in JULY (24TH,25TH, AND 26TH) for new 3's and 4'3 only.
Maryetta Summer Program starts Monday June 5th and goes until Friday June 23rd from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Remember to bring a swimsuit and towel (everyone will swim at least once a week). We will also have several outdoor water activities—including a giant water slide on Week 2!
Remember: No cellphones, electronics or extra toys. Everything you need is provided!

REMINDER: Cherokee Nation will be doing Physicals in the Activity Center Today from 5:30 to 7:00. This will be for anyone who will be participating in sports next year. This is free for all Maryetta Students.

SPORTS PHYSICALS & IMMUNIZATIONS
On Thursday, May 18th, sports physicals and immunizations will be held in the Activity Center from 5:30pm-7:00pm. All students in grades 5th-8th for the 23-24 school year will need to have a completed physical on file. We encourage students to come Thursday night to get this done quick and it is FREE.
Immunizations will also be available at this time for any student needing updated immunizations.
BASKETBALL CAMP
Reminder: Basketball Camp is taking place this week - Monday through Wednesday - May 15,16,17. Grades 1st - 4th will be from 9:00am to 11:00am and grades 5th-8th will be from 12:00pm to 2:00pm. **It is the grade the student will be in this August**
From June 5th - June 23rd, our cafeteria will be serving breakfast between 8-9 a.m and lunch from 11-12. This is open for anyone under the age of 18 and the student does not have to be enrolled at Maryetta.

Today was Cultural Day at Maryetta and among the fun and informative stations and presenters were our Maryetta JOM Creative Writing contest winners. They presented their pieces for family at 12:30 today. Very proud of these students and thank you to parents/family who came to hear them! Maryetta represented well!
