Parents of new 3's and 4's, just a friendly reminder that Speech Screening will be next week Monday-Wednesday (July 25th-27th) in the Preschool lobby.
Attention parents/guardians: If you plan on getting your student's physical done with Cherokee Nation at Maryetta during Open House, this form is required before physicals are done for the student.
**Parent must sign. Not a kid or grandparent (unless grandparent is legal guardian).**
For all MARYETTA students (5th-8th grade) who have not had their physicals yet:
Cherokee Nation will be here during Open House on August 10th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Any students who have not had their physical yet are encouraged to do so at this time. This includes all sports and cheerleading for grades 5th-8th.
Attention Parents: Any athlete (entering 5th-8th grade), wishing to participate in athletics must have a physical on file before they will be allowed to participate in practice or games. Below is a link to the Physical Form or you may stop by the office to pick up a form Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

If you haven't already scheduled your child's health screenings, here's a great opportunity for you to get those done.
Parents who have enrolled their preschool child (new 3 and 4 year olds only) for the upcoming school year, if you have not scheduled an appointment to have a speech screening done, please call Maryetta School at 918-696-2285 (front office) as soon as possible. Monday-Friday 8:00 to 3:00. Office will be closed Monday July 4th.

Just a reminder: the election is Tuesday (June 28th, 2022). If you can't vote on Tuesday, early voting is from 8:00-2:00 pm on Saturday (June 25th) and from 8:00-6:00 pm today and tomorrow.
Another fun outside water play day is scheduled for tomorrow (Friday) - please send sunscreen with your child. Teachers will make sure that the sunscreen is applied to your child for protection. It's a fun day to be a Raider!
Due to extreme heat, there will be no field trips for this last week of Summer school. We will replace our trips with fun water activities at school.
Our Summer school Raiders made signs and cheered on The Remember the Removal bike riders as they came by our school yesterday.
Field trip for 1st and 2nd grade will be tomorrow to Siloam Springs Park. The Oklahoma Wildlife & Forestry Department will be conducting tree identification, games and teaching students about helpful/harmful plants.
Students MUST be at school by 8:15 a.m.
Send a water bottle and comfort clothes & shoes (no flip flops).
No money needed.

FIELD TRIP for 1st & 2nd Grades (ONLY) to the Siloam Springs Park will be postponed til Monday, June 13th.
However, the FIELD TRIP TO Spanish Treasure Cave for 3rd grade and older students WILL BE GOING TOMORROW Friday, June 10th.
****Notice to parents/guardians of athletes: physical, cardiac arrest, and concussion forms may be picked up in the front office from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. Students who plan on playing any sports will need these forms filled out and turned in BEFORE participation.
Summer School starts tomorrow for Maryetta! Student arrival is from 7:30 a.m. til 8:00 a.m. and departure is at 2:00 p.m.
Please bring a water bottle, swimsuit and a towel.
