We would like to announce that we will be having a Silent Auction soon - ALL grades will be putting together baskets for the Silent Auction. Teachers will be sending notes home soon with detailed information. The auction will be from November 12th - November 19th. All bids will stop at 1:00 p.m. on the 19th! Keep up with our Live Feed and Facebook for future details! (All proceeds go to our students Christmas Fund)

3rd&4th Woodall Tournament will be November 3rd-5th 2020. 4th grade boys are Maryetta blue team and 3rd grade boys are Maryetta white team!
2020-2021 Basketball Schedule!
We will be having "The Great Pumpkin Contest" again this year!
There are a few things that will be different.
- There will be NO categories.
- The contest will be by grade level.
- Students MUST be able to carry their own pumpkins. Only the student can enter the building.
- Pumpkins will need to be brought to their classroom by 8:00am on Friday, October 30th.
A letter & entrance form will be going home with students soon!

TWO DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE (DOJ) GRANTS AWARDED TO MARYETTA SCHOOL
Maryetta School in Stilwell, Oklahoma is proud to announce that it was named the recipient of two Department of Justice Grants for school safety.
The “Bridges” Grant was awarded in the amount of $732, 000 and the “Proactive Preventive Prepared (P3) Community Project” was funded in the amount of $738,000. Both multi-year grants will allow for professional development for school staff, teachers and community partners. Also, the grants will ensure safety and mental health staff to be hired, Emergency Medical Responders to be trained within the school, and allow the school to fully train school health and safety officers for trauma or crisis prevention.
Thank you to all our community partners (Stilwell Police Department, Stilwell Fire Department, Adair County Sheriff Dept., Adair Co Health Dept., Mid-County Volunteer Fire, Cherokee Nation Marshall Service, Cherokee Nation Healthy Nation, Adair Co Boys & Girls Club, KiBois Program, Adair Co Emergency Management, Stilwell ICTC, Stilwell OSU Extension Services and the Oklahoma State Department of Education) for aiding in securing these funds!
