Winners were: Zoe Kenyon as Pete the Cat (PS Longshore), Joshua Morgan as Captain Underpants (1st grade Bunch) Raesha Martinez as “When you Give a Mouse a Cookie” (5th Kimble) and Kinley Catron as Junie B. Jones (8th Calico)
Friday Reading Celebration Activity: Dress up as your favorite book character or author! Make sure you can tell me the character and the book- the contest will be last hour for those who participate. “The more you read the more you will know...the more that you learn- the more places you’ll go!!”

SCHOOL WIDE READING CELEBRATION!
Wednesday: wear your favorite “destination” or college tee in honor of “Oh the Places You’ll Go” by Dr. Seuss
Thursday: students wear pajamas or house slippers so we can all “get cozy with books”
Friday: dress up as your favorite author or book character! There will be a costume contest for participants.
Also don’t forget Family Literacy Night Book Bingo from 5:30-6:30!
