Just a reminder that the laundry soap sales for the 7/8 grade Football Championship Rings needs to be turned in tomorrow. If you haven't ordered, get with a 7/8 boy and they can get you taken care of.

This is a reminder: school will be in session tomorrow, March 14th. Spring Break will start on Monday, March 17th.

Congratulations to our Cherokee Club teams for competing in the Cherokee Bowl at the Cherokee Immersion School. These students studied super hard and did a great job, with two of our teams placing third in their competition. Way to go Raiders!

It's the opening day of baseball for the Maryetta Raiders! The Raiders played in the Carson Community Bank JH Baseball Festival. The Raiders got the win by defeating the Westville Yellowjackets 10-5! Great job boys.

The Cat in the Hat has been spotted at Maryetta the last couple of days! Ms. Adrian shared the read aloud "Green Eggs and Ham" with preschoolers and they even tried a fried "green egg" cookie! It's been such a fun week of celebrating reading!









"Oh the places you'll go!" There were several tourists and vacation tees spotted on campus today celebrating in Read Across America!







Today in celebration of Read Across America we were honored to have Maryetta alumni and Cherokee Nation Councilman Josh Sam come and do a read aloud with our first graders! He read a Cherokee story and each listener received their own copy of the book. Wado Josh for helping us promote reading!
